Our final release of 2023 brings two powerful new features to support contract creation and collaboration across teams. 

The Insert Content Tool allows brokers to drag and drop full contract headings from one contract to another, complete with all text, tags, formatting, tables and other content.

Additionally, brokers can use the new JSON export option to easily duplicate and transfer a template or contract from one user or team to another. The exported file includes all data tags, attachments, formatting and content and this file can then be imported into other Whitespace environments (for example transferred from Sandbox to Production) and shared with other teams and users, perfectly recreating the original.
